Travelogue

Two days this week, my nephew and niece, Conner and Josi stayed with us.



Logan and Josi enjoyed playing at the sink in the toddler tower.



I remembered to brush Josi's hair after I took these pictures, but she is cute no matter what!



One morning, the kids and I went on a walk. Logan examined the second favorite bug of most children: a roly-poly (the ladybug being the favorite).

Logan also picked up pinecones and brought them to me. When he mistakenly picked up some dried doggy doo-doo, I died a little inside.



At the pond, Evan snuck up on some Avocets and took pictures with my camera.



On the way home, the boys tested out their amphibious remote control.



Sophie enjoyed pushing Josi around...in the jogger stroller, of course. She's not a bully!



The big boys loaded up the van with recyclables. Sophie read to the little people while the big guys emptied the containers.



At lunchtime, the children enjoyed a picnic on our well-manicured lawn.



While the big kids did their schoolwork in the afternoon, Josi hosted a tea party in the playhouse.
