I have seen the goggle defense against onion tears on other blogs. Evan finds it to be effective, though embarrassing.

That's hysterical! Looks like it might work though. I might have to try it.
Our poor kids and our blogs - it's something we didn't have to face when we were their age. hehe.

My son, now, he does his best to look as bizarro as possible if he thinks I'm gonna make blog entry out of it!
It is a comment on our times isn't it when our kids say "you aren't going to use this on your blog are you mom?" ha. That is a really great idea though...I just might have to try it!!! He is a smart kid!
My son asked for goggles the last time he cut onions. I'll have to show him this picture!
