Evan's Performance

Evan also played delightfully well last night. His nerves caused him to play his pieces a little faster than usual, but he held it together. He played Sonatina Op. 36, No. 3 by Clementi and Toccatina by Kabalevsky. He won first place!

Tonight all the first place winners are scheduled to play in the winner's recital, and he has been asked to play the Toccatina. He is in bed right now with a headache, aches and a climbing fever. We shall see...

Noah said, "Wow, he is quite the piano player!" I agree! Very well done, Evan. I hope you are well enough to play in the winner's recital...what and honor! Feel better soon and congratulations!

Beautiful music!! He's really good. I know you are very proud.

Can't wait until my daughter starts that type of music.

I hope Evan gets to feeling better.

Wow! Evan, that was awesome! I am bummed that we missed it. One of these days, we will make it.
The LORD has given you a special talent and I'm glad you are brave enough to share it with others. It isn't easy being up front but God may put you there more than you think and in ways you don't expect.
So, would you say the practice is not so bad? That is, now that you have won first place?
Sorry you had to miss the winners program. Hope you are feeling better. We have and will continue to pray for you.
High five for "th'man"!
Love, A.Angi, U. John Josi and Conner.
